Susan Tindal joined the firm as a law clerk in 2001 and as an attorney in 2003. Susan’s practice focuses on the defense of municipal liability claims, employment litigation, civil rights lawsuits and general litigation. She helps clients throughout Minnesota and her clients include cities, counties, townships, school districts and businesses. As a litigator, Susan has tried cases and handled appeals before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and Minnesota Court of Appeals. Susan also advises businesses on a variety of employment matters including policy manuals, hiring, discipline and termination. Susan has been named a 2011 Up and Coming Attorney and Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine and prides herself on handling cases in a respectful and efficient manner.

Susan also enjoys spending time with her husband, son, family and friends. She also enjoys boating, fishing and scrapbooking.
