Andrea Wing joined the firm as a law clerk in 2007 and as an attorney in 2008. Andrea’s practice focuses on estate planning and elder law.  She identifies and creates estate plans appropriate for a wide range of client needs including:  wills, trusts, buy-sell agreements, powers of attorney and health care directives.  She also guides personal representatives and trustees in estate and trust administration.  As an elder law attorney, Andrea counsels clients on topics like guardianship and qualification for Medical Assistance.  Andrea also has experience defending counties, cities and townships from civil rights and land use claims.
