Jeff’s well-respected practice includes employment litigation in federal and state court, as well as the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission and the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. Jeff is frequently asked to conduct independent investigations addressing allegations of employee misconduct. He also advises employers on employment law matters including addressing difficult employees, hiring and termination, ADA and FMLA issues, employee handbooks, defamation, drug and alcohol issues, and discrimination issues. Jeff chairs the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice and provides mediation services for general litigation and employment law claims.
