Mr. Iverson represented Scott County in the landmark case of In re Scott County Master Docket, 672 F. Supp. 1152 (D. Minn. 1987), arising out of the City of Jordan child sex abuse prosecutions. For over 20 years, he has successfully represented cities, counties, the State of Minnesota, the State of Colorado and numerous governmental entities.
Through a survey conducted by the American Research Corporation, he has been recognized by his peers as a leading attorney in the areas of Civil Litigation and Urban, State and Local Government. He has been named a Super Lawyer by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine.

Mr. Zalasky practices in the defense of municipal liability claims, employment litigation and commercial litigation. He handles employment law cases in state and federal court and before the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission and the Minnesota Department of Human Rights.
Mr. Zalasky also assists employers on employment law issues at the pre-litigation stage. This includes advising employers concerning how to address difficult employees, hiring and termination, ADA and FMLA issues, employee hand-books, defamation, drug and alcohol issues and discrimination issues.
