Iverson Reuvers has experienced tremendous growth since being founded by namesakes Jon Iverson and Paul Reuvers in 2001. With our collective civil defense litigation background, Iverson Reuvers has been able to develop a highly-respected municipal litigation practice involving complex constitutional, land use, and employment issues; and a growing commercial litigation practice involving construction, professional liability and real estate. We are particularly proud of the firm’s appellate practice, the success of which is literally “in the books” in the form of numerous decisions published in various state and federal reporters.

Iverson Reuvers has also established an estate planning and elder law practice through which we have helped numerous families and business owners put their affairs in order. We are part of a core group of Minnesota elder law attorneys using cutting-edge techniques to help families qualify for Medical Assistance to pay for long term care.
